Steel wire mesh reinforced polyethylene composite pipe for water supply

Product Features: This product conforms to the national standard GB/T 32439-2015, with specifications ranging from DN50 to DN1000 and nominal pressure from 0.8 to 3.5 MPa. It is a composite molding process using steel wire mesh as the skeleton and HDPE as the matrix, combining the strength of steel pipes with the corrosion resistance and hygienic properties of plastic pipes. Suitable for safe water transportation, the production line is professional and stable, and it can meet the needs of high-pressure pipeline projects such as municipal water supply.

Execution Standard: GB/T 32439-2015 "Steel Wire Reinforced Polyethylene Composite Pipe for Water Supply" (National Standard)

Specifications and Models Coverage: DN50-DN1000

Product Introduction: The workshop is equipped with 10 production lines for steel wire mesh reinforced polyethylene composite pipes from Sichuan Jinshi Dongfang. Steel wire mesh reinforced polyethylene composite pipe (SRTP pipe) uses a mesh skeleton formed by left and right spiral winding of high-strength steel wire as reinforcement, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the matrix, and high-performance adhesive resin to bond the steel wire mesh skeleton to the inner and outer layers of high-density polyethylene.

A new type of composite pipe product that combines the advantages of steel pipes and plastic pipes.
