Product Introduction:The workshop is equipped with 10 Sichuan Jinshi Dongfang steel wire mesh reinforced polyethylene composite pipe production lines for coal mines...

The nominal pressure of water supply and drainage, compressed air, and shotcrete pipes is 0.4MPa~1.6MPa. The maximum nominal pressure of gas extraction pipes is -0.097MPa. Mining Standards (MT558.1-2005) Surface Resistance Depending on the application of the pipe, the surface resistance requirements are as follows: a) Water supply and drainage pipes: The arithmetic mean of the surface resistance of the outer wall should not exceed 10 x 10⁻⁶. b) Positive pressure ventilation pipes: The arithmetic mean of the surface resistance of the inner and outer walls should not exceed 10 x 10⁻⁶. c) Shotcrete pipes: The surface resistance of the inner and outer walls should not exceed 10 x 10⁻⁶.…arithmetic mean should not exceed 10 × 10⁶ Ω.

d) Negative-pressure air ducts: The arithmetic mean of the surface resistance of the inner and outer walls should not exceed 10 × 10⁶ Ω.

e) Gas drainage pipes: The arithmetic mean of the surface resistance of the inner and outer walls should not exceed 10 × 10⁶ Ω.

Alcohol Burner Combustion Test

The requirements for the alcohol burner combustion test for the piping material are as follows:

a) The arithmetic mean of the flaming combustion times of the six test specimens should not exceed 3 s; furthermore, the flaming combustion time of any single specimen should not exceed 10 s.

b) The arithmetic mean of the afterglow times of the six test specimens…The flaming time of any one of the samples should not exceed 20 seconds, and the flaming time of any one of the samples should not exceed 60 seconds;" Nominal pressure and specifications of polyethylene pipes for underground coal mines (MT558.1—2005):
