Introduction to PE-RTⅡ type heating pipe system: Heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RTⅡ) pipe is a new type of polymer chemical building material. It has excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, good flexibility and sealing, easy construction and maintenance, and a service life of more than 50 years. It is suitable for central heating secondary pipe network systems, hot spring piping systems, hot water systems, HVAC systems and other projects.

Wanjilong PE-RTⅡ hot water delivery pipe is produced from imported PE-RTⅡ raw materials. The PE-RTⅡ pipe material has excellent impact resistance, crack resistance and scratch resistance, and good flexibility and long-term creep performance. It has the same good low-temperature resistance (-40℃) performance as traditional high-density polyethylene. The long-term operating low temperature is -30℃, and it can withstand high temperatures. Its attributes are heat resistance and environmental protection.
Connection method: Wanjilong PE-RTⅡ heating pipes, like PE gas and PE water supply pipes, can be connected by hot melt. The connection process is simple and easy to master, has low requirements on workers, and the joint connection strength is higher than the strength of the material itself. Pipes and pipes, pipes and pipe fittings can be connected by hot melt or electrofusion; flange connections can be used for connections with pipe accessories such as steel pipes and valves.

1. Three-layer structure:
1) The inner layer is pressure-bearing and heat-resistant polyethylene PE-RTI pipe;
2) The middle layer is a foam insulation layer: polyurethane PU foam is generally used, and the thermal conductivity can reach 50°C = 0.032W/(m-K). The outer layer is high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe as a protective layer, with a thermal conductivity = 0.42W/(m·K).
